Paradyne Corporation and Harris Corporation. Mr.
Lobosco has also worked with several hi-tech
startups, assisting them with their growth. In
1993, he co-founded an international association of
his peers. He has had leadership roles in the San
Rafael Chamber of Commerce since 1992, and SofTECH,
a San Francisco area hi-tech association.
He has spoken
widely (including at San Francisco's Commonwealth
Club), written for business publications, and has
taught business courses to high school, college and

coaching, effective communication techniques, and
motivational skills. Kurt Sussman has been programming computers and testing software since 1977 when his dad brought an Apple IIe home. Since then, he has worked for two of the top 10 software companies, written test plans for $99 keyboards and $1M server clusters, and in 1998 he started a QA contracting business. That business is currently incubating two e-commerce startups. Kurt is Allies CTO and the developer creating the Online High Performance Management System.
